5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

The following payment methods are not accepted on 8 Jili and must not be used to fund your account:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

• 8 Jili reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8 Jili platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.

8 Jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. 8 Jili will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

In any event, 8 Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to 8 Jili's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

11 Responsible Gaming

8 Jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
